The product box includes 1 main body, 1 end barrel (No. 30) and 1 fine adjustment valve (for small tube) and user manual.
-Mount the end barrel to the main body that comes out of the box by tightening it using a 10-11 wrench so that the barrel does not shake. Do not remove the diaphragm located at the end of the main body barrel!
-Connect the fine adjustment valve (No. 39) to the small tube.
-Put the safety latch of the device in the ON position.
-Open the valve of the tube.
-Slowly turn the upper valve of the device (fine adjustment valve) to the 1.5 position. You will see that the bellows start to inflate and you will hear a ‘’click’’ sound after a while. After this, the bellows, which has completed its inflation, will discharge again and explode. Your device will now explode at certain intervals. If you open the fine adjustment valve all the way during the first operation, your bomb may not explode.
-You can adjust the explosion time setting by opening and closing the valve setting.
-If the sensitive adjustment valve is set to (0) zero position, the explosion time of the device is extended, if it is set to (3) position, the explosion time is shortened.
-Operate the device for a blasting time between 2 minutes and 20 minutes. (Do not use for a longer or shorter time.)
-Lubricate the device with engine oil once a week.
-When you are not going to operate the device, close the valve and set the device to SAFETY position.
-To operate it with a large cylinder, request a regulator from our company. (Subject to an additional fee.)
1-There are 6 legs, 3 chains, 1 plastic tripod and 6 knob screws in the box.
2-First, assemble the legs and attach the knob screws.
3-Assemble the plastic tripod, the foot and the feet and attach the black knob screws
4-Attach one of the chains to the record on the tripod and attach the remaining two chains to this chain
5-Place your bird scarer device on the tripod and tighten the fixing nut.
6- Remove the regulator and clamp of the device fixed on the tripod, pass the hose through the hole in the center of the tripod and reattach the regulator and tighten the clamp.
Attention: When the end barrel of the device is attached, the exit of the barrel mouth should face the right; it should not face down or up. When the bomb explodes, the pressure at the end of the barrel should rotate the bomb counterclockwise.
- The tripod allows the direction of the barrel mouth to change with each explosion and thus the effective area of the bird scarer boom to be wider.
- Since the length of the tripod legs can be adjusted, it can also be used easily in fields with long crops such as corn.
Warning:
-When the device first arrives or in subsequent uses, if you notice that the safety is on before operating the device, be sure to check whether the silicone hose shown in drawing 3 is crushed and stuck. The silicone hose may stick and prevent gas passage. If it is stuck, release the hose from its place, open it with your fingers and place it back in its place.
-When first operating, the gas in the bellows may not fill the gas tank and may not be sufficient for the first explosion. It may make little or no sound. Wait for the hammer to fall again while the precision adjustment valve is in position 2.
Time Setting: The numbers on the precision adjustment valve (No. 39) are written for the explosion time interval setting. The numbers should not be perceived as minutes. The time setting is made between 0-2. The most frequent explosion occurs when the nail is in position 2. (It explodes every 1-2 minutes.) This period increases up to 20 minutes as the nail is brought closer to zero. After setting the duration of the 2 explosion intervals by looking at your watch according to the area of use, your device will protect your area until the tube is finished.
In areas where birds and wild animals may cause discomfort, if all the conditions for their survival are present (food, water, etc.) or if their young and nests are in this area, it is really difficult and takes time for them to completely leave the area. In this case, we recommend that you be patient and use both our devices and visual repellents consistently for maximum results. Another important point to remember is; It is necessary to start fighting against unwanted birds AND wild animals before the season starts. In this way, preventing the presence of birds and wild animals in the area will be more effective than applications made after the birds and wild animals have settled. If the recommendations are followed, there is no possibility of wild animals and birds getting used to the device. Depending on the filling rate of the tube and the weather conditions, the expansion of the liquid gas in the tube may vary up to 10 minutes in the explosion interval. For example, a device set for a 10-minute explosion interval may explode every 10 minutes during the day, while it may explode every 15-20 minutes during the cold night. During long explosion intervals, birds and wild animals can easily enter your area and move away with the explosion. Please consider the weather conditions and the filling rate of the tube when making the explosion adjustment of the device. Change the location of your device every 3 days and use visual reinforcements to get better efficiency!
